Return an unwanted item?
Simply send it back within 60 days of receipt. We do not accept returns of your items after the applicable return period above. If you attempt to make a return, we may have to return it to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the shipping costs.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our address, so please make sure they are packed correctly and not damaged en route.
We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we are able to locate the items (not always possible) and you wish to have them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the shipping costs.
Fair use
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't quite fit or the items returned don't match what you ordered, we may need to deactivate the account and associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please contact our customer Care and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, please contact Customer Service. You will be given a return label and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return do not match what you ordered.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
I have received a defective item, what should I do?
We are very sorry if you have received a faulty item.
Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can fix it. If you are unable to create a return, please contact our customer support team and they will be happy to assist you further. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
If you've received something you didn't order, send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Fill out the section on the back of your proof of delivery to indicate that the item is incorrect and place it in your package when you return it. Request a proof of shipment; we may need to see it at a later date.
If you still want the item and it is still in stock, order it through our website as usual.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
