As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not been marked as shipped. We manage multiple brands with a small staff and appreciate your understanding.
We offer an easy returns process if you'd like to send your item back once you receive it. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but will be happy to get you a refund or gift card to replace your order.
How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?
Our warehouse will process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Normally, your order should be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that all orders will ship the following business day from completing your payment. This means if you’ve placed your order on Friday, you will not receive tracking information until Monday. We apologize in advance but this goes for expedited orders as well.
